Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that are unused and in their original condition. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at contact@classickitclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when exchanging items, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
